In the following Terms Club Track may be referred to as “Club Track,” “we,” “us,” or “our” regarding membership services available on clubtrack.org. Club Track may revise these Membership Terms and Conditions without notice by posting revised Membership Terms and Conditions on its website. Any revisions made to the Terms and Conditions posted on clubtrack.org after your registration is complete will not reduce the services that were offered to you at the time of your registration. However content resources posted on the website are subject to change, see Availability and use of the website. Please read these terms carefully and check that the details of your registration are complete and accurate before submitting your payment. Membership levels

By Default when you apply for a membership you will be given a basic Member account. Upon Approval your account will be upgraded to Member PRO and you will gain access to the Training Calendar, Past Training Plans, and Helpful Tips.

Registration process

To register any membership you must provide a Username, First Name, Last Name, Email Address, and Display Name. User under 18 year of age will be required to provide parental consent and a parent's email address, see Collection of information, use of it and communication with parents.

Cancellation of registration

You are able cancel your membership at any time from clubtrack.org. Please email coach@clubtrack.org to cancel or your membership or have your account removed.

Membership requirements

If you are under 18 years, we require a parental's email address as well as their consent before completing your registration. See Collection of Information, Use of it and Communication with Parents.

Your Membership is non-transferable. You must not share your username and password with anyone else or allow anyone else to access the Site using your username and password. All content posted on the Site is Copyrighted and should not be shared, reproduced, or used outside of the website.

You are responsible for every use of the Site that occurs in conjunction with use of your username and password. You must use reasonable efforts to keep your username and password confidential. You must notify us as soon as you become aware of any unauthorised use of your membership, username or password.

At Club Track Team practices, members will be required to uphold certain standards of conduct. When present at practice events, they must refrain from using inappropriate language/gestures, exhibiting aggressive behavior toward self/others, committing destruction of property. Those in violation of these standards could be dismissed from practice, subject to a temporary suspension from practice.

Availability and use of the website

Clubtrack.org will be available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Consider that as with any website, there is always the potential that server malfunctions may temporarily interrupt or suspend your access.

When accessing and using the clubtrack.org and its services and content, you must comply with directions, instructions or protocols posted in the Terms and Conditions.

You must not redistribute this content (such as tutorials, coaching plans, videos, images, and files). You may use, modify and manipulate content for your own personal educational purposes, but you must not otherwise exploit the content and the assets in them, or redistribute them or their assets. If you love the content and services offered through Club Track Memberships, please ask your friends to become members too!

You may freely use the procedures and techniques demonstrated in the content (that is, the knowledge you gain) for any commercial or personal purpose.

The Trademarks and logos displayed on the clubtrack.org are, unless otherwise stated, those of Club Track. Along with any others, you must not use these without the approval of the relevant owner.
